The air volume and air pressure of the cooling fan are important indicators for evaluating the performance of the cooling fan. The air volume and wind pressure data of the cooling fan are obtained. The professional equipment is a wind tunnel machine. That is, there is a sensor in the large circular cylinder in the middle, which sends the data to the database for calculation to generate the air volume value and the wind pressure value.
Because the cost of wind tunnel machines is not low, some factories will buy a hand-held anemometer to test the wind speed, which can only be a simple comparison parameter for the wind pressure value.
Generally speaking, the greater the air volume, the better the heat dissipation. In addition, it has a lot to do with the system structure being dissipated, such as air inlets, air outlets, air ducts, etc. There is also another important parameter, which is the large wind pressure. The relationship between the air volume of the cooling fan, the stronger the power, the faster the heat dissipation.
