Not long ago, a customer wanted to order this fan, but the amount was very small. When it comes to standard products or inventory, it was confirmed that the parameters for this customer were 92*92*25mm, 12V, double balls, 2000 rpm, 2-wire no end 100MM, environmental protection requirements. Normally, when a customer places an order, we can make exactly the same as the previous one. However, because of the small amount, there is no way to produce it. Fortunately, there is a fan of 9225 in stock. The parameter is 92*92*25mm. , 12V, double ball, 2500 revolutions, 2 wire 2.5 end 150MM, environmental protection requirements. For customers who are not demanding, from the appearance, it is actually that one of the ends of the line is a little longer, and the other is without terminals, but it has a different speed, one is 2000 rpm, the other is 2500 rpm, and the speed is higher. Yes, the air volume will be larger. After explaining with the customer, the customer disagrees again, this can be confirmed.

In fact, each customer has its own unique requirements. The performance and parameters of the fan are a little different. For the production factory, it is difficult to use it. Therefore, our cooling fan factory, once because of this or that The reason is that it is difficult for another customer to take over when the product becomes inventory. Therefore, for factories that have not reached the world-class level of strength, they have no confidence to set their own standards. The inventory is all customized.

Customized cooling fans have strict material specification requirements. The production line is about 1,200 units per hour, and the injection molding machines are about hundreds of units per hour. The upper and lower molds also require a certain amount of time. These conditions determine the customization of the cooling fan. The quantity needs to be at least 1,000 units, so that the production cost of the cooling fan will be lower, and the entire supply chain will be relatively well coordinated.
