When cleaning the computer fan, first disassemble the heat sink and fan, and use a brush to remove most of the dust on the fan and heat sink (the heat sink can also be washed directly with water).
Remove the fan from the heat sink, open the oil seal on the bottom, and you can see the axis of the fan. If the fan is in a dusty place for a long time without cleaning work, the oil on the fan bearing will solidify, harden and turn black. At this time, the oil stains on the fan bearing should be removed first. You can use cotton swabs or paper to wipe them off, or you can use wooden toothpicks to slowly remove them, but do not use force, and then disassemble the bearing heat sink and fan to avoid damage to the coil.
Then start adding oil. You can use sewing machine oil or motor oil, do not use household seasoning oil, cooking oil, etc., because the cooking oil will solidify or deteriorate.
