According to our analysis, this is because when the cooling fan is running, due to its high speed and high power, it has high heat. In addition to being in a high temperature environment, it continuously supplies heat to the cooling fan, resulting in the inside of the cooling fan. The temperature rises, and the chip burns out due to the high temperature. Why the original one is not broken? Because the original cooling fan sucks cold air, the cold air actually has a cooling effect on the motor. Therefore, one is heating and the other is reducing heat, which is very different.
Later, we used a chip with a temperature resistance of 100 degrees, and reduced the current without changing the air volume and speed of the cooling fan, so that the temperature of itself was also lowered. After the improvement, the cooling fan was used normally.
