DC fan is a cooling fan that uses DC voltage and electromagnetism to convert electrical energy into electromagnetic energy, then into machine energy, and finally into kinetic energy, so that the fan blades rotate. The traditional DC fan is mainly composed of four parts: rotor, stator, motor and outer frame.
DC motor: It is composed of a permanent magnet rotor, a multi-stage winding stator, a position sensor, and an electronic commutation drive control circuit. Rotor composition: consists of motor shell + permanent magnet strip + shaft core + blades. Stator part: enameled wire + plastic silicon steel sheet + bearing + hall sensor test + drive circuit board + shaft. The central components of the DC fan are the stator and the rotor.
According to the law of ampere's right hand, we know that if a conductor passes through an electric current, a magnetic field will be generated around it. If the conductor is placed in another fixed magnetic field, it will produce attraction or repulsion, which will cause the object to move. Inside the fan blades of the DC fan, a rubber magnet filled with magnetism is attached. The two sets of coils are wound on the silicon steel sheet, and the shaft cores are wound together, and the Hall sensor components are used as a synchronous inspection and installation to control a set of circuits.
This circuit makes the two sets of coils wound around the axis work in turn, so that the silicon steel sheet produces different magnetic poles, and this magnetic pole produces an adsorption force with the rubber magnet. When the adsorption force is greater than the static force of the louse fan, the fan blades naturally rotate. As the Hall sensor supplies synchronous light signals, the fan blades can run continuously. As for its operating direction, it can be determined according to Fleming's right-hand rule. This is the working principle of DC fans.
