We know that the so-called axial fan is when the blade is working, the blade pushes the air to flow in the same direction as the shaft, so it is called an axial fan. Most of the square cooling fans produced by Jingyangda Technology are axial fans.
In addition to compact structure and large air volume, low noise is a key indicator. Therefore, our commonly used handheld fans are axial fans, and desktop computer CPU cooling fans are also axial fans.
Axial fans have simple molds, low mold opening costs, and relatively few production and assembly processes, such as ceiling fans and floor fans in our homes.
The wind pressure of the traditional turbofan is not generated in the central part of the fan, but is generated by the rotation of the fan blades. Therefore, no matter how high its speed is, there will be no wind blowing under the shaft. But under the fan axis is the core of heat generation, which is the main source of heat generation. This situation has caused the inherent defect of the traditional axial flow fan: blocked by the motor, the airflow cannot reach the central part smoothly, resulting in a "blind zone". The existence of the blind zone causes the temperature of the core part of the radiator to be too high, which affects the overall heat dissipation effect
