Electric fans are referred to as electric fans, also known as fans and fans. It is a household appliance that uses a motor to drive the fan blades to rotate to accelerate the circulation of air. It is mainly used for cooling and relieving heat and circulating air. Widely used in homes, classrooms, offices, shops, hospitals and hotels and other places. Common household fans are essentially axial fans, that is, the direction of the wind is parallel to the rotation axis of the fan blades.
1. The main structure of the electric fan
The structure of the electric fan: the rotor is composed of magnets, fan blades and shafts, the stator is composed of silicon steel sheets, spools and bearings, and the control circuit is composed of IC induction magnet N.S.
1. The rotor, there are also coils on the rotor. This is a wound motor. Wound motors are just one type of asynchronous motors. Asynchronous motors are divided into wound type and squirrel cage type according to the rotor winding form.
2. The stator, the stator is used to generate the excitation magnetic field. It acts as a force on the current-carrying conductor in it. The rotation of the rotor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.
3. The main winding of the control circuit acts as a protection resistor to limit the current and play a role in speed regulation together with the auxiliary winding. The secondary winding is used as a segment to adjust the setting resistance value in parallel and in series with the main winding. The main winding and the auxiliary winding are connected in parallel in high-grade. The middle-grade main winding and the secondary winding 1/2 are connected in parallel with the low-grade series. When the resistance is connected in series, the maximum and small start windings refer to the part of the main winding connected in series with the main circuit. The running windings refer to the entire main and secondary windings.
