Because most of the charging pile cabinets are placed outdoors for charging, they are very likely to be exposed to rain. How can the cooling fan, an important part of its cooling system, be waterproof? Is there any special design?
Jingyangda Technology's high-power cooling fan series for outdoor use has been designed with waterproof function in the mold design, mainly from the following two aspects to protect it
1. The common motor is shown in Figure 1. The coil is wound on the silicon steel sheet. As long as you open the buckle and take out the fan blades, you can see the motor wiring diagram. The cooling fan used in the charging pile cabinet is to protect the motor coil from rain. The best way is to seal the entire coil, as shown in Figure 2 below. The coil is completely invisible and is covered by a black insulating cover. Water cannot soak the coil.
As shown in Figure 3, the PCB circuit of the control board on the opposite side of the motor is filled with waterproof glue, so that the PCB board will not be oxidized when it touches water. After the two steps of the motor waterproof protection process in Figure 2 and Figure 3, it is rained. Don't be afraid, there is no problem with the cooling fan working in water, and the waterproof level reaches IPX7.
