DC blower: It converts direct current into mechanical energy, drives the wind wheel to rotate, the air inlet and outlet are in the vertical wind direction, and continuously compresses the air to generate a large air volume for blowing. Collectively referred to as DC blower.
The DC blower is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (and oil tank), and drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the biased rotor in the cylinder, and makes the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress and spit out the air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send the lubrication to the oil drip nozzle, and drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, and at the same time, it can keep the gas in the cylinder from flowing back. This type of blower is also called a sliding vane blower.
The conveying medium of the DC blower is mainly clean air, clean coal gas, sulfur dioxide and other inert gases. Other flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and special gases can also be produced and transported on demand. Therefore, it can be widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, fertilizer, petrochemical, food, building materials, petroleum, mine, textile, gas station, pneumatic conveying, sewage treatment and other industrial sectors.
