We all know that different mechanical equipment has different methods, so what should be paid attention to when installing a DC fan? After purchasing a DC fan, you must first carefully read the fan operating instructions and product samples, familiarize yourself with the specifications, methods, impeller rotation direction, and airflow direction of the fan; check again whether the fan parts are properly installed; secondly, it is easy It is a protective measure before the installation. When installing the fan, it is necessary to have a safety device to prevent accidents, and the wiring shall be installed by professionals.
Things to look out for when installing: top of the list. The air ducts at the inlet and outlet of the electric fan are independently supported. It is not allowed to add the overlapping components of the ducts to the components of the electric fan. When installing the electric fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the electric fan. It is a natural fit, and must not be forcibly connected; the power distribution control box of the electric fan must match the corresponding electric fan (referring to power, voltage, pneumatic mode, control mode, etc.).
The fan wiring should be wired by a professional electrician. The wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the wiring number at the electric control box corresponds to the number on the fan terminal. The fan shell should be firmly grounded, and the grounding must be solid. The grounding must not be replaced by a zero connection. After the fan is installed, move the impeller with your hand or lever to check whether there is any over-tightening or rubbing, whether there is any obstruction to the rotation, and there is no abnormal phenomenon before trial operation. The exposed part of the fan drive should be protected. Cover (provided by the user) If the fan inlet is not connected to the pipe, a protective net or other devices (provided by the user) should also be added.
